At Hotel Alpina, only the best is good enough to be served to our guests. You can taste it in every single one of our meals. The tastiest ingredients from the region, freshly picked herbs from the mountains, and top-quality meat and cheese products from local alpine farms and dairies, combined with the refined skill of our kitchen team result in surprising guests with mouth-watering cuisine at every visit. The culinary creations served at our restaurant are known to elicit a sounding Yum! that can be heard all the way down the valley. As a member to the regional sommelier association, we can also pair each meal with the fitting wine from Austria or from across the globe. Wine and cigars are your host Max’s passion. He will be happy to provide you with recommendations. Once a week, our comprehensive farmers’ buffet takes guests on a tour to discover and experience authentic tastes of Tyrol in our traditional parlour. To round off your gourmet escape at the Arlberg massif, our kitchen team will surprise you with a special thank you in our restaurant in Pettneu prior to your departure. Spoil yourself with an irresistible farewell candle-light dinner. Visitors from outside our hotel are also welcome to explore our traditional yet creative gourmet cuisine with our gourmet board.
Our breakfast selection leaves nothing to be desired. It includes the finest of cold meats and cheeses, butter from local alpine dairies, hearty Tyrolean ham and spicy smoked sausages, healthy mueslis, a colourful selection of jams, eggs cooked to your liking, and more. Enjoy bread fresh from the oven, an assortment of fine teas, and freshly brewed coffee. A wonderful way to start your day and get energised for your day’s adventures.
In the afternoon, we invite guests to treat themselves to a snack. Delicious spreads, hearty soups, and Austrian pastries and sweet dishes for sweet tooths round out our afternoon buffet – perfect for when you need a boost after an extensive hike or eventful day out on the slopes.
To round off a perfect day of indulgence, our kitchen team serves original menus together with a plentiful buffet of starters and crisp salads in our elegant dining hall or rustic Tyrolean parlour. Do not forget to leave room, however, for one of our homemade temptations from the Alpina dessert buffet.
We want to treat guests to our full range of culinary highlights even if they suffer from food intolerances, allergies, or are on a special diet. Please advise us of any special requirements to give us an opportunity to adapt meals accordingly.
